What we eat can effect the various aspects in our bodies, such as wit.
British researchers say that by providing kids with extra
fat, sugary, and processed
meals will then be able to reduced their IQ or intellect.
Feeding would provide an enhanced effect, especially in the age of three
years of life, where the brain of the kid is experiencing quick development. At
that age, the kid’s brain needs better meals to help boost their thoughts
development.
"We have found some evidence to recommend that a diet associated with improving
intake of
meals that are high in fat, glucose and processed meals when they are
youthful is associated with small reductions in IQ in later youthful
creation," said leader Kate Northstone, a recognized researcher in the
department of team treatment at the Company of Bristol.
Thus, better foods are not only important for their real development, but
also effect their psychological abilities.
The researcher described that when a kid is given
high-calorie foods that are low in nutrients (nutrients in the form of
healthy fatty acids,
vitamins, and minerals),
their brains do not get the compound required
to develop and
function perfectly. Some effects that may
arise from this
include cognitive, behavioral, and social skills
are lacking.
Therefore,
even though fast food, junk food, or instant foods can provide convenience
especially for busy parents, this impact would also need to be considered
carefully. Because, of course, every parent want their children smart and has a
bright future.
